Historical information on the Shipman Combination Scroll Saw, Lathe and Drill

I’ve got an identity for the saw now. Courtesy of Vintage Machinery (once I narrowed things down using image and catalog searches from google and others. The saw pictured in the ad below is the “Centennial” – it came in two form factors – all iron and wood frame. The one I have is obviously a wood frame version. I’ll continue researching to see if I can find more images of the saw to be able to rebuild it properly.

The table surface, front to back braces and treadle are different than what I current see on the saw I have. I’m going to have to check for old mounting points and other images to know if I have a variation, or a modified saw. (I suspect its a variation of the one in the image though).
